Nutrition-Minded St. Patty's Day Recipes

Making food that is green in color for St. Patrick's Day is a fun tradition,
but it doesn't have to be all about green caramel corn, green cheesecake,
or green cake pops.

When you stop to think about it, there really are many green healthy and
nutrional foods. These can provide fun alternatives when presented in creative
ways. 
Here are a few that I have thought of.

 

Crispy Edamame

Green Tea Ice Cream
Green tea is good for you!

Quinoa Stuffed Peppers

Rachael Ray's Charred Chili Relleno with Green Rice

Asparagus Tart

Shamrock Chips
(made out of spinach tortillas)

Glitter Grapes
Don't you love them?

Kale and Craisin Salad with Feta Cheese

I made this salad last night with assorted greens
and it was delicious!
