Using Digi Paper

I'm back after spending a fun week-end in Boulder getting to know our niece's two little boys, ages nine and five.  My goodness, to have all that energy! Sure wish I could have bottled some of it up and brought it home.

My card today is a simple one that can be used for many purposes. The hearts are a digi paper.

Mel Stampz has a great selection of digi papers.
Here's two of my favorite groupings:
Text, quatrefoils, tiny dots, and damasks
Ephemera-themed papers

There is a wonderful selection of colors and sizes.

If you have not visited this blog, you should.
Templates, tutorials, and links galore. Mel is amazing!

I rounded off two corners for a little interest, and used a
Spellbinder scalloped rectangle for the Rubber Stampede sentiment.
A button and a bit of baker's twine finished it off
and were attached with a large glue dot.

If you are wanting a refresher on
How to Tie a Bow,
HERE is a good step-by-step tutorial and video.

knows the song of your heart,
and can sing it back to you when
you have forgotten the words."
