Hot Reuben Dip

Are you making the traditional corned beef and cabbage dinner for St. Patrick's Day? If you are going to a party this week-end and need to take an appetizer, or are having a gathering of your own, this one with corned beef that you can buy in the deli department would be quite appropriate:

Hot Reuben Dip 

8 oz. cream cheese
16 oz. can sauerkraut--drained
2 cups chredded Swiss cheese
2 cups shredded corned beef
1/4 cup thousand island dressing

Combine all ingredients in an oven-proof dish and bake in 350 oven until bubbly--20 to 30 minutes.
Serve with party rye, bread sticks, pretzels, or rye crackers. 

Suggestion :If you opt for party rye, you might want to use a warming tray.
