Pink Cloud Frozen Cherry Salad
1 can cherry pie filling
1-8 oz. Cool Whip—fat free
1-20 oz. can crushed pineapple—in unsweetened juice
1 can sweetened condensed milk—I use fat free
1 cup (more or less) miniature marshmallows
1 cup (or less) coarsely chopped pecans
Fold together all ingredients in large bowl and transfer to a 9 x 13 pan. This should be just the right amount to fill it adequately. Spread evenly, cover well with plastic wrap or foil and freeze.
